Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company (THIBIDI) – Vietnam announces the requirements for activating THIBIDI warranty cards in the Cambodian market starting from November 24, 2025. In order to protect the interests of customers in Cambodia and prevent counterfeit goods, THIBIDI, in coordination with the Electricity Authority of Cambodia (EAC), implements the following requirements for all transformers:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

DO NOT Pre-activate the Warranty: Customers are required NOT to pre-activate any warranty card under any circumstances.

Site and Witnessing: Ensure that warranty activation is carried out only at the project site and under the strict supervision of the EAC.
